Designed with a sustainable footprint, the development offers a variety of open spaces and amenities to support the community year-round. The project integrates a required internal pathway, connecting the public realm with the private property, and enhancing accessibility. Ground-level commercial units with restaurants and retail options, followed by the residential and amenities tower, providing comfortable living spaces, fostering a vibrant, growing community. Focused on people, the building ensures every space serves a purpose while promoting sustainable growth.
