Concept: This project focuses on creating a comfortable, and cohesive community space with intuitive circulation paths that ensure smooth movement and easy access. Privacy between units was prioritized, while the asymmetric exterior design adds a dynamic, modern touch without disrupting the internal flow. Open concept workspaces encourage collaboration and creativity, and the layout maintains a logical flow throughout the space. Natural light floods the interior through large windows, while a green roof was integrated to promote well-being and connect occupants with nature. This multifunctional hub seamlessly combines work, shopping, and daily needs, fostering a sense of community and connection.
